BCBSRA Annual General Meeting 2003 Summary

The British Columbia Blind Sports and Recreation Association's 25th Annual General Meeting was held on June 21, 2003. This was our second June AGM, a decision made to allow for the reporting of program and financial information closer to the end of the fiscal year. The AGM was well attended by members throughout British Columbia.

During the Meeting, elections were held for the positions of Treasurer, Athletes Representative, and Member at Large, each for a 2 year term. It is our pleasure to announce that Frank Reynolds and Brian Cowie will continue in their roles of Treasurer and Athletes Representative respectively. It is also our pleasure to declare that Bruce Gilmour, is our new Member at Large. Frank and Brian look forward to continuing to support the BC Blind Sports and Recreation Association, and Bruce is eager to step in to his new shoes as soon as possible.
